A three course menu based on one of my favorite Italian pasta dishes!

First Course - Antipasto

Artichoke & tomato crustini - inspired by Monteverde's Artichoke & Sunchoke crustino

Second Course - Pasta

Linguine Aglio e Olio (garlic & oil - one of the great underappreciated Italian dishes)

Third Course - Dolce

Raspberry, honey ricotta crumble parfait.

Vegetable Risotto

This classic Italian rice dish is creamy beyond belief - with out any cream!

First Course - Salad

Caprese Salad - Quintessential Italian salad just three perfect ingredients!

Second Course - Pasta

Vegetable Risotto - veggies add a pop of green and pair with the brightness of lemon through out the perfectly creamy Arborio rice.

Optional - Seared Scallop with brown butter addition

Third course - Dolce

Zabaione - This light but decadent dessert includes a touch of prosecco!
