Looking for a private event for your friends, organization, or team at work? You’ve come to the right place.
Private events can use a Cooking Club Menu, or I can work with you to create a custom menu for your group!

The Menu
Below is the menu for the Aglio e Olio Cooking Club. This is the current menu I offer.
I am working on a series based on the classic Roman pasta dishes (Pasta Alla Gricia, Pasta All'Amatriciana, Cacio E Pepe, and Pasta Alla Carbonara).
I also offer custom menu planning and development at additional cost.
First Course - Antipasto
Artichoke & tomato crustini - inspired by Monteverde's Artichoke & Sunchoke crustino
Second Course - Pasta
Linguine Aglio e Olio (garlic & oil - one of the great underappreciated Italian dishes)
Third Course - Dolce
Raspberry, honey ricotta crumble parfait.
Cooking Club Logistics:
I reserve two hours for the event, which will give us more than enough time to get through all of the cooking - with plenty of time to enjoy our wine paring along the way - we should be done with the final dish around the 90-minute mark, and I'm happy to stay on to eat and drink with the group or let you continue without me!
I will share ingredient shopping list and required equipment after we have confirmed the time.
I will send an invite with the Zoom meeting to all participants.
Participants and Payment
Each event is capped at 15 participants (locations not individuals).
If your group has more than 15 participants we can conduct multiple events.
Payment is due after confirmed the date and time.
Private events have a minimum charge.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds, but can try to reschedule if conflicts arise.
Payment can be made by Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle
